Coding for various cost and manpower reports and analysis. Projects: Rebuilding Nassiria Pump Station: Repair and complete the construction one of largest Pump Station in
the Middle East with 1200 cubic meter of water/second of pumping capacity. The function of this pump station is to pump the water of southern
region of Iraq main drain river water through siphon under the Euphrates
River to prevent mixing it with the irrigation water and to pump the drainage
water from low level to the adequate Level. The project budgeted to $200 Million consisted of massive civil,
mechanical and electrical works. The civil works were completed for
maintaining the pump station dam structure and other related facilities like
electrical substation, water treatment for the cooling system, roads,
walkways and small residential housing buildings for the employees. The mechanical works consisted of installing the massive pumps motors
and connected pips, water treatment and cooling system installations and 12
main electrical inlets gates. The electrical work included the installation of switchgears and
controlling room, construction of small substation beside the dam, and all
other wiring and lighting works. Iraq Electrical Substations SCADA System: Design, construction, commissioning a new network as well as maintain
& rehab the old existed SCADA monitoring & communication system for
152 substations in country-wide, the project was limited to 400KVA and 132KVA
substations only. The project managed by breaking it down to 3 phases, the first phase
is construction and/or preparing new control rooms in all 153 substations for
the new equipment, the second phase was installation of the new equipment
like PLC's , RTU's, DAS's, Wave Traps and power supplies equipments. The third Phase was wiring, testing, configuration &
commissioning. The project also included construction and erection of 17 UHF
